Just came back from the 2nd performance of Annie, the Broadway musical done "Kauai Style". It's amazing how on a little island the children from Hawaii children's Theatre and some of the most talented adults come together to present this Broadway show for the next three weeks.
Both the character of Annie and the Orphans are " double cast" so there's much variety to the performance. I'm in the orchestra pit playing drums and assorted light percussion as part of the fifteen piece ensemble for this show.
The first two nights were very well received and the show gets tigher with each performance.
